Current Form Process
When you send an inquiry or register for resource access, CFC's website service validates the request and performs an automated abuse check through Cloudflare Turnstile. Resource-access registrations are recorded in CFC's private website database so delivery does not depend on an external form service. CFC may also transmit a convenience copy to a form and response spreadsheet controlled by Caribbean Federal Consultants L.L.C. within Google Workspace. Cloudflare and Google process limited submission information as CFC's service providers.
Information You Choose to Send
An inquiry may include your name, organization, email address, telephone number, requested service, preferred engagement type, project stage, target deadline, consent selection, and message. A resource-access registration may include your name, email address, organization, requested resource, delivery consent, and an optional selection for future CFC resource and service updates. The forms do not ask for demographic characteristics or information unrelated to responding to the request.
How Information Is Used
CFC uses inquiry information to understand your request, communicate with you, evaluate potential services, and maintain appropriate business records. Resource-registration information is used to provide or announce access to the requested resource and related service communications. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately and is not required to receive a free resource. Please do not include confidential, legally privileged, financial-account, medical, or other highly sensitive information in an initial website submission.
Technical Information
The website does not use advertising trackers or nonessential cookies. Its hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical information, such as an internet protocol address, browser or device information, requested page, request time, and security-verification signals, to deliver the website, validate inquiries, limit repeated submissions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain security.
Privacy-Focused Website Analytics
CFC uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website use and performance, including visits, page views, referral sources, approximate country, browser and operating-system categories, and website performance measurements. The analytics beacon does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting to identify or follow individual visitors. CFC uses these aggregate insights to improve accessibility, content, navigation, reliability, and performance. Cloudflare processes this limited technical data as CFC's website analytics and infrastructure provider.
Protected Resource Delivery
When CFC makes a protected resource available, the file is held in private website storage and delivered through an expiring, limited-use access link. CFC may retain the resource name and version, a protected representation of the recipient's email address, the link's expiration and use count, and pseudonymous security records associated with a download. Raw access tokens are not stored, and internet protocol addresses and browser identifiers used for download auditing are protected through keyed hashing.
Retention and Disclosure
Website-submission and protected-resource information may be retained in CFC's restricted Google Workspace account or private website infrastructure for delivery, follow-up, service evaluation, security, and legitimate business-record purposes, then deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable contractual, legal, audit, and recordkeeping obligations. CFC does not sell submission information. Limited information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, analytics, form processing, data storage, or email delivery, or disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and system security.
Security
CFC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for this informational website. No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not submit passwords, banking information, Social Security numbers, protected health information, legally privileged material, or controlled government information through the website or an initial inquiry.
Your Choices
You may contact CFC to request access, correction, or deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
